Hello guys! Today I will be sharing with you some of my tips and little tricks along with my essentials on how I stay active. Now, I have to be honest, sometimes it can be so difficult to wake up in the morning and go to the gym right away, our beds tend to be extra comfortable sometimes! But no worries, because I’ve noticed that by doing these easy little things you will become a more active person. So, let’s get started!


  1. Going to bed early: It’s very important to get all our 8 hours of sleep or at least the majority of them, we will feel more rested the next morning!
  2. Breakfast: I don’t know about you, but I always look forward on my breakfast when I wake up. Just imagining an avocado toast or a green smoothie makes me want to get out of my bed right away!
  3. Go for a walk: If you have a dog, then this one is easy and it’s kind of a reason to get out and start your morning with burning some calories. If you don’t have a dog, I will force myself, put some cool tunes and head the door for a little cardio session. skech
  4. Stretching is important: If you don’t have that much time for a walk in the morning, because of your job. Don’t forget to always stretch or stand up every now and then at your office or work space. A 5 minute break per hour will help you engage with some activity. stretch

Ok, now that I’ve given you some tips. I will share my must-have or essentials for this season!

Being comfy but also looking nice: Since I work from home, it can be a little difficult to be all nice and chic, because to be honest sometimes I just like to wear pjs all day. But, lately I’ve been loving so much wearing workout clothes or creating any sporty chic look.his right here are my favorite from Adore Me. They have a lot of activewear, lingerie, bathing suits and more!

Running shoes: I love this ones from Skechers, because I can wear them to workout and also style them as  sporty chic look to run some errands and what not.

      Yes! Going to bed early can be kind of a hard one to accomplish! I actually try reading a book before I go to sleep, and it kind of helps me lol

  1. For me, going early to bed is a mission impposible. I wake up every day (no matter what) at 8 o’ clock, because I am trying to have an habit, On weekends, I wake up at midday. Jajajaja. Almost everytime when I can’t get up of the bed, I think about breakfast and a positive quote. :)
