Hey guys! I’m coming to you with three easy healthy breakfast ideas you can make in less than 10 minutes. I hope you guys like them and if you try them, tell me what you think!

1.Avocado Toast with Eggs

Who doesn’t love avocado?! In this recipe we will be using a lot of it!
What you will need : Two slices of whole-grain bread (slightly toasted), topped with yummy smashed avocado and for the final step, add eggs for that extra dose of protein. If you want you can add a little bit of salt and pepper :)

2.Semi Healthy Parfait

Ok, this might not be the healthiest thing ever, but it totally works for those times you are craving something a little sweet, or a small dessert.
What you will need for this parfait :
1 cup of non fat plain greek yogurt
2 table spoons of granola
1 table spoon of chocolate chips
1 banana

3. Jelly, Banana and Chia
PB&J? Nope! Let’s try adding and taking out some ingredients from this classic breakfast idea. We are making a little twist to this, just add 1/2 banana (sliced), then jelly and sprinkles of chia.  You can add any kind of fruit you want. That’s it! Pretty easy, right?
